Declaration of Admission Policy

The University of Bohol adopts a policy of open admission (except for VDT-ALC) but selective retention to students with complete and valid credentials, whose qualifications indicate satisfactory performance, and who meet the other prescribed admission requirements.

Admission Requirements

New Students & Transferees

	Day High School	Form 138 (Report Card of the previous year) Certification of Good Moral Character, issued by the Principal of the previous school Original & Photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the local civil registrar or NSO
	High School Evening Session	Report Card of the previous year Certification of Good Moral Character, issued by the Principal of the previous school Original & Photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the local civil registrar or NSO
	Grade School	Report Card of the previous year Certification of Good Moral Character, issued by the Principal of the previous school Original & Photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the local civil registrar or NSO 2 x 2 colored ID picture
	VDT-ALC	Must have taken & passed the entrance exam Report Card of the previous year Certification of Good Moral Character, issued by the Principal of the previous school Medical Certificate 2 x 2 colored ID picture
