Students
may be allowed to cross-enroll subject/s to another school for the following reasons:
1.
Subjects to be enrolled are not currently offered in the University or in conflict
with subjects offered in the University; 2. Student/s who wish to cross-enroll
is graduating during the current semester; 3. Subject/s to be cross enrolled
is counted as part of the allowed total number of units to be enrolled. Should
there be a case of overload, another approval by the Registrar is needed.
The
following is the procedure in securing a Permit to Cross-Enroll:
1.
Applicant must prepare a letter of request addressed to the Vice President for
Academics through the Registrar; 2. Secure an endorsement from the Dean, stating
the reasons why applicant must be allowed to cross-enroll. 3. Secure a Certificate
of Subject Offering from the Registrar of the school where applicant wishes to
cross-enroll, stating the following: a. subject name b. subject description c.
units d. class schedule 4. Get approved permit to cross-enroll at Registrar's
Office
The
maximum number of units for which the cross-enrollment is ordinarily permitted
is only six (6) units during the regular term and three (3) units during the summer
term.
